Prior to our little accident - we were at the Houston Livestock and Rodeo show. We had a great time - thanks to J's friends at GE for the tickets! Keith Urban was there - and, well, that was "very nice". We went on 3 carnival rides for the bargain price of $20 (why do these rides cost so much???) We fed some goats, deer, and piggies - and a goat tried to eat Aubrey's bow and a deer tried to eat Aubrey's shirt. We learned that if your name is Wes, Shank, or Tuf - you must be a cowboy and either tackle steer, ride broncs or bull ride. We watched a milking demonstration - did you know that a dairy cow eats 80 lbs of food per day and drinks 40 gallons of water per day... well, now you do... See, reading my blog is not only fun, but educational. ;)
