Thanksgiving 2012

We hosted Thanksgiving this year and Justin's family came to us!  It is always fun to get together and we enjoyed not having to travel!!  Although we did do our share of traveling around the Houston area and even north up to Dallas.  Thanks for coming out for a visit Johnson clan!  We loved it!

We heated the hot tub and did some soaking!

We enjoyed awesome weather, lots of walks/runs/bike rides and even played a little croquet.

What is a family get together without a little healthy competition - the family go-karting race where the brother's duke it out and are now getting their daughters in on the action!  Despite an initial hiccup where Taylor ended up off the track and in an ant pile - she put her helmet back on and gave it another go!  So proud of her giving it another try... I think she liked it!

Always a birthday to celebrate - even if there wasn't we would probably still go and find ourselves a Nuthing Bundt Cake  - specifically the chocolate chip chocolate cake with cream cheese icing.... yummmmmm.....

We capped the week off with a trip to Dallas for a Thanksgiving Day Cowboys game!!!

My mother, a Denver Bronco fan, is probably not too happy to see these cuties dressed in Cowboys gear, but there is still room in our hearts for the Broncos - it just seems to be an unwritten Johnson rule that you will love and support the Cowboys - or risk the wrath of one of the worlds biggest cowboys fans!  We love you Cheryl - and we love your Boyz as well...
