They have a gorgeous house in a wooded, hilly area on the Kitsap Peninsula in an adorable neighborhood with kids everywhere and great neighbors. We spent alot of time at their family beach house on a little island nearby. We cruised and wakeboarded behind their boat. We were right on the ocean in the Hood Canal so we got to experience some sea life too. They have jelly fish, crabs, sea snails, hermit crabs, seals and clams (which we dug, cooked on the grill and ate - yummo - livin' off the land). AMAZING vacation and we are so appreciative of all the great meals, conversation and good times we had with them!
Here's some pics...

Family picture out on the dock
Okay, this is some C-C-C-COLD water!
The girls hitched a ride on dad to the dock,
warmed up in the sun,
and refused to get back in the water to come back,
so we had to send a float!
How cool is it that we got to pick up these massive star fish?
They seemed to have a special affinity for blonde Johnsons!
We also had fun collecting crabs, hermit crabs, snails and clams!
Taylor was distraught when she learned we were going to cook and eat the clams...
She had no idea that's what we had planned and was in tears!
Me and my new best friend!
E and Dad driving the boat,
E and mom having some snuggles in the boat!
Aubrey and E playing on the water table!
A bathing beauty... daddy is loading his shot gun right now!
My other beauty! Don't worry, we will stock up on ammo too!

FUN TIMES!
