Barcelona, Spain, Day 4 and 5

Brilliant Goudi Architecture - Segrada Familia, Parc Guell - Walking, Fun Plazas, Las Ramblas, Walking, Shopping, Harbor, Walking, Best Sushi I've had in awhile, more canas and you guessed it - more walking.  Can you tell we did a bit of walking in Barcelona!  We were there on Friday during a Festival for St Jordi - as I understand it, it is their Valentines Day. People were selling and buying roses at an alarming rate - the roses were 10 euros too - thats alot for a single, long stemmed rose!

We spent Friday rambling all over Barcelona and Saturday we spent closer to the hotel walking Las Ramblas top to bottom and bottom to top. I had such a wonderful time visiting Spain!  Following our trip to Barcelona, we took the train back to Madrid.  I came home the next day and Justin few to Portugal to witness the signing of the deal he had worked so hard on for the last year.  A moment I wasn't sure was ever going to come!  I was VERY ready to get home to my sweet girls, and the plane ride couldn't go fast enough for me.

I definitely got bit by the travel bug - and cant wait to see more of this amazing world we live in.  Maybe next time, we can take the girls with us.  Thanks again Grandma and Grandpa for taking such great care of the girls, sharpening my knives, fixing my master toilet, and teaching Sierra a few new "tricks".  ;)
